HOW TO SHOW APPRECIATION

Its funny how easy it is to to show someone that you appreciate them for something they did that may have impacted you in some way, shape or form.
The true beauty in words, gestures, action... The thought counts but imagine what could evolve from them grasping how impactful they were by so little they did. 
I would not stop doing, I would do more!
